Maintenance issues: ALL maintenance issues MUST be reported within 24hrs. There are only two (2) issues that are considered emergencies.. NO HEAT and Burst Plumbing pipes. All other issues will be worked in the order they are received. No Air Conditioning is NOT considered an emergency but we will work diligently to help restore service as soon as possible. For a timely response please log into your online account at www.jjcmh.com and submit a maintenance request online. Email updates will be sent to the email address on file with the progress of the request.

 

Late payments: Rental payments are due on the 1st of each month and is late after 5pm on the 5th of each month. Any rental payments received after 5pm on the 5th will be assessed a late fee penalty in accordance with your lease terms (NO EXCEPTIONS) If the 5th of the month falls on a weekend or holiday you are required to have your payment in the office before the 5th in order to not receive a late fee. If you are mailing your payment this also applies, if you mail your payment on the 5th and we receive it on the 6th, it is still considered late and you will receive a late fee (NO EXCEPTIONS)
